Ben Lui Terrain Block

Ben Lui is widely regarded as the 'Queen of the Southern Highlands', a mountain of surpassing beauty and elegance. Its twin-summited peak sits atop a structure of sweeping ridges that cradle the magnificent Coire Gaothaich. In winter, this north-facing corrie holds snow and offers superb alpine grandeur, making it a favourite for climbers and photographers alike.

About Ben Lui

A National Nature Reserve due to its rich, lime-loving arctic-alpine flora. It was once the site of gold prospecting and is the source of Scotland's longest river, the Tay. The gold from here was used for the Scottish Crown Jewels.
