Buachaille Etive Mòr - Stob na Bròige Terrain Block

Stob na Bròige is the southern summit of Buachaille Etive Mòr, connected to the iconic Stob Dearg by a magnificent high-level ridge. It is often reached after a traverse of the whole mountain, offering quieter solitude compared to its famous neighbour. The ridge walk between the peaks is a classic of Scottish mountaineering.

About Buachaille Etive Mòr - Stob na Bròige

Name means 'Peak of the Shoe'. It was traditionally less visited as baggers headed directly for the iconic Stob Dearg. However, the ridge traverse is now recognized as one of the finest walks in Glencoe.
