Geal-Chàrn Terrain Block

Geal-Chàrn is a Munro situated in the 04B: Loch Treig to Loch Ericht region. Standing at 1131.4 meters (3712 ft), it offers a rewarding challenge for hillwalkers.

About Geal-Chàrn

Part of the remote Ben Alder group, traditionally linked by the Bealach Dubh route between Loch Laggan and Loch Ericht. The old Culra bothy below its northern corries was closed in 2014 because of asbestos, but the site still anchors stalkers' and walkers' approaches.
