Sgurr na h-Ulaidh Terrain Block

Sgurr na h-Ulaidh is the 'forgotten' Munro of Glencoe, hidden away at the back of the glen. It is a steep, complex mountain of ridges and corries, defended by crags. Because it is not seen from the road, it is quieter than Bidean. The ascent is rough and steep, offering a true mountaineering feel.

About Sgurr na h-Ulaidh

The 'Peak of the Treasure'. Legend says a stash of gold or clan wealth was hidden here. Its hidden nature made it a perfect spot for concealment. It offers the best view of the back of the Bidean nam Bian massif, revealing the true scale of Glencoe.
