Sgurr na Sgine Terrain Block

Sgurr na Sgine, the 'Peak of the Knife', is a mountain of dramatic character in the Fannichs? No, wait. Sgurr na Sgine is in Kintail, next to The Saddle. It is a steep, grassy wedge with a sharp north ridge. The view down to the Forcan Ridge on the glorious Saddle is one of its main highlights.

About Sgurr na Sgine

The 'Knife Peak' is named for its main ridge relative to the sky. It is often overshadowed by The Saddle but is a fine peak. The 'Fowl's Stone' nearby is a massive hanging block. It shares the same wild history of the Kintail region.
